The 8-Session Flex Pass gives you eight, in-person classes to use however you wish during the next 8-week session (January 12 - March 3).
Come on Mondays, Tuesdays, or a mix of both — whatever best supports your rhythm and schedule.
Use your pass for:
• Old School Flow — Mondays, 4:00–5:00 p.m. (Jan 12 – Mar 2)
• Yin Yoga + Qigong Fusion — Tuesdays, 5:45–7:00 p.m. (Jan 13 – Mar 3)
