YIN YOGA
8-Week Series

Enhance joint mobility, increase range of motion, and restore energetic flow in this slow-paced, all-levels Yin Yoga practice.

Through long, supported holds and mindful stillness, we gently stress the connective tissues to build resilience and hydration in the joints while inviting the nervous system to downshift and settle. This class supports both structural balance and deep restoration.

Primarily floor-based, each session is designed to replenish your reserves, calm the mind, and guide you back to a steady inner rhythm.

Rooted in Daoist principles and Chinese medicine, the practice honors the body’s meridian pathways and seasonal cycles, encouraging you to slow down, listen inward, and move with quiet intention—inviting a grounded sense of ease and vitality from within.

Suggested Props: 2 blocks / blanket / cushion or bolster

Qigong
Wednesdays 4:30-5:30pm

Riverbend Yoga + Meditation Studio


Qigong (pronounced chee gong) translates to "energy skill"; the cultivation of our life force through movement, breath and awareness. This weekly class offers simple, rhythmic forms and breath-work to support balance, coordination, and overall vitality. Through slow, intentional movement, you will improve circulation, regulate your energy and build ease and awareness throughout the body.  

Accessible and beginner-friendly, the practice blends gentle strength, mobility and grounded focus. Whether you are looking to reduce stress, enhance athletic recovery or deepen your mind-body connectiom, this class provides a calming, energizing way to stay active and feel your best.
