I’ve been having 1-1 strength lessons with Terry for just over a year &, as a result I feel stronger & more comfortable in my body I ever have. My body can do things it’s never done before & I can now do the Old School Flow classes; something I couldn’t previously have attempted. All of which, at 63 is very special.

When we started working together, I wasn’t sure what to expect, especially over Zoom but Terry immediately put me at ease & developed a specific programme for me, taking account of my inexperience of strength training & honouring my body. The format is perfect; we agree a schedule which I do at home & I have the videos for reference.

As we’ve got to know each other better & I’ve become stronger, my workouts have evolved, always carefully crafted to meet me where I am & giving me the right amount of challenge. Terry’s always available to answer questions, for encouragement when I’ve felt disheartened & to celebrate achievements. She is the best cheerleader I could hope for.

Thanks to Terry’s support & enthusiasm; for the first time in my life I’m committed to regular strength training & determined to do what I can to maintain my strength & mobility as I age. And I’m having so much fun.
