IN PERSON Old School Flow

Join me for an energizing 8-week series that blends the timeless structure of classical hatha yoga with creative sequencing and fluid transitions. Old School Flow is a no-frills, deeply satisfying movement practice built on strength, breath, and personal agency. Expect clear direction with space to explore—this is yoga for people who know their bodies and appreciate a grounded, purposeful flow.

Each one-hour session offers a dynamic practice rooted in familiar postures, woven together with my personal style: intentional pacing, thoughtful transitions, and room to modify, intensify, or simplify as needed. Whether you’re reconnecting with the fundamentals or refining your flow, this series supports strength, stability, and a deeper connection to your breath and body.
