Each session is primarily floor-based and designed to replenish your reserves, calm the mind, and guide you back to a state of inner steadiness. Rooted in Daoist principles and Chinese medicine, the practice encourages you to slow down, listen inward, and move with purpose—inviting a deep sense of ease and vitality from within.
